Packaging Plus, LLC is a multi‑line factory rep firm that has been elevating the packaging experience for clients since 1976. Our mission is to simplify the packaging process, elevate brand presentation, and deliver dependable, cost‑effective solutions that help clients operate efficiently and competitively.

Eric is Managing Member and the Strategic Branded Packaging Specialist for Packaging Plus, LLC, with over 30 years of experience as a multi-line factory representative in the Southwest. A second‑generation expert in branded packaging, he builds on the foundation his father, Bob Heitkamp, established over five decades ago. 

Eric has represented over 20 of the world’s leading packaging manufacturers throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, England, and the Pacific Rim. By collaborating with manufacturers, distributors and fulfillment centers, Eric develops packaging programs that strengthen brands and drive growth in the restaurant, e-commerce, retail, and promotional industries. 

Eric holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University, in addition to being a private pilot. He has held key leadership roles with community organizations in Dallas–Fort Worth, serving as President of The Rotary Club of Park Cities, Chair of the Dallas Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center Advisory Council, and member of the Leadership Children’s Council at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. 

Eric and his wife, Stephanie, have two boys. He enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, flying, boating, and traveling.
